At YLO Cart, we work to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch, and deliver orders across India through our logistics partner, Shiprocket.

Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team begins processing it right away. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, which includes verification, quality checks, and packaging before handover to our courier partner.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next working business day.

Business Days

For the purposes of this policy, "business days" refers to Monday through Saturday, excluding national holidays. Sundays and public holidays are not counted toward processing or delivery timelines.

Delivery Estimates

Once dispatched, standard delivery timelines are as follows:

• Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 business days
• Remote & Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

These are estimated timelines and may vary based on courier availability, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or unforeseen logistical disruptions.

We want you to be happy with every purchase from YLO Cart. This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how you can return a product, and how refunds are processed.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, a product must generally meet the following conditions:

• The return request is raised within the applicable Return Window
• The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
• Original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories (if any) are intact
• The product is not listed under our Non-Returnable Products category
• Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is provided

Return Window

You may request a return within 1 days of the delivery date, unless a different window is specified on the specific product page. Requests raised after this window may not be eligible for return, except in cases involving manufacturing defects covered under warranty.

Wrong Item Delivered

If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the received item. Once verified, we will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no additional cost, or process a full refund if the correct item is unavailable.

Damaged Item

If your product arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or a short video of the damaged product and its packaging. Once verified, we will offer a replacement, repair (where applicable), or full refund, based on product availability and your preference.

Manufacturing Defects

If a product develops a manufacturing defect within the applicable warranty or return period, please reach out with details and supporting photos/videos. Our team will assess the issue and, where confirmed, offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate. For products with a manufacturer's warranty, the defect claim will be processed per the manufacturer's warranty terms.

Inspection Process

Once we receive a returned product, our quality team inspects it to verify:

• That the issue matches the reason stated in the return request
• That the product is in the condition required for return eligibility

This inspection is typically completed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item. If the returned product does not meet our return conditions, we reserve the right to decline the return and may ship the product back to you.
