Coupon Codes
Coupon codes are subject to the specific terms mentioned at the time of issue, including minimum order value, applicable categories, expiry date, and usage limits. Misuse of coupon codes, including unauthorised sharing of one-time-use codes or use for fraudulent purposes, may result in order cancellation and, in serious cases, account suspension.
Payment Terms
We accept payments through Razorpay, supporting UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and popular digital wallets. Where Cash on Delivery (COD) is offered, additional terms (such as COD charges or order value limits) may apply and will be indicated at checkout. All payments must be completed in full at the time of order placement, except where COD is selected.
Product Availability
We strive to keep our product listings accurate and up to date. However, product availability is subject to change without notice due to demand, supplier constraints, or other factors. If a product you ordered becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer a suitable alternative, a delay in shipment, or a full refund.
